My attempts to cut out sweets like desserts was a shining success. My attempts to cut out my constant vice, candy, not so much. The surprising result was that it was actually easier to cut out alcohol than I had expected.
I had 4 drinks over the last 30 days. This is no small feat when one considers I would typically have 6 drinks a weekend and between 3-5 mid-week. I am happy with a reduction from 11 to 1 per week. I doubt I can maintain that virtue for the entire summer, but I don't miss the after dinner cider/beer to compensate for a stressful day. I've instead tried to get in more workouts or read my book or have a bath to try to relax and get out of "work mode."
It is getting easier to say no to treats, processed foods, and drinks "because they're there." I intend to continue to focus on my decision making process and acknowledge the consequences of my decisions before I commit to them. Its "living consciously" and I think there is real value in that.
In other news, I am back on the yoga bandwagon and will continue to try to go once a week.

Good job! Keep it up!
Awesome job! I've been ditching the sweets and trending towards whole, natural foods as well, but you can't take away my 1-2 per week couple drinks to unwind. :)
