They (being medical professionals) believe that I have either an intolerance to gluten or lactose. To test this theory, I am going to try my darndest to go two weeks (14 days) without either of these staples in my diet. I'm a little scared as I have a love affair with wraps and cheese.
Today, I have a homemade Barley soup (lunch), protein powder in chocolate coconut milk (breakfast), and a salad with grilled chicekn (dinner). I suspect I will get very bored, very fast.
Does anyone have some good recipes or tricks to recommend?

I have been gluten free for about 2 months or so and it is one of the best things I have ever done. My stomach has flattened out and I have not had any of the stomach issues I used to have. Stick to it and I think you will be very pleased too.
:/ but cheese is SO good.
You can do it. Get creative. I love wraps with lettuce as the outside. Sorry about the cheese.
