Eliminating Candy

I've decided that for the month of December I am going to strike candy from my diet. It doesn't do anything for me nutritionally and I tend to use it as an emotional crutch. That being said, there is one caveat to this and that is I will allow its consumption when I am in transit for 2.5hrs or more.

Oh THAT is a hard thing to do in December. I've almost given up my sweets habit tho and I stopped in early October. It CAN be done. I'm trying to lose the final 80 lbs by summer. Good Luck....I'll be checking back to see how you're getting on!! :-)

I eliminated sweets a few weeks ago and it's making an impact. Good luck!

I could give up sweets in a second. Now if I had to give up pasta or starch- well then you would find me curled up in the fetal position crying. Those are my weaknesses. December is a hard month to give up sweets. Good for you!
