I am adjusting as best I can to being gluten-free. Turns out I can have dairy without issue, now that I have stopped having gluten. Today, if I were to have gluten I'd have a significant headache within an hour. It's not pretty, but it's nice to know I am taking better care of my body now.
I am still seeking out new gluten free recipes and restaurants. There are a surprising number of places that are gluten sensitive, but only two that I know of that are gluten free. I found a wonderful bakery that does gluten free buns! I am going to try to be more creative with quinoa and couscous over the next few months.
Starting on Monday, I am back at bootcamp 4 mornings a week: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday from 545am - 645am. Running clinic for the Half Marathon starts on the 16th and will have 2 structured runs per week and then 1 or 2 solo runs. I also redeemed my one month of unlimited hot yoga pass and am hoping to go to two classes per week. It's a full plate, but I think it will help me manage my stress a little bit better.
I am looking forward to a trip to DisneyLand in February for my birthday and bootcamp ends the week that I am headed to Vegas for 4 nights and 5 days with 10 friends. If that isn't motivation to work hard each class I don't know what is.
I didn't do any formal New Years resolutions. Did you?

Oh yeah I did...I made three...1) to finish my weight-loss to my goal. 2)to find a job and get my own place(with my hubby, of course) and 3) to go home to South Carolina for a visit!!!
